Cancer Wellness and Support
Qigong offers numerous potential benefits for people living with cancer.
-
Practising Qigong may enhance immune function, improve quality of life, and reduce levels of stress hormones in cancer patients.
-
Qigong has also shown promise in alleviating symptoms such as pain, depression, and cancer-related fatigue.
-
Qigong may also have a positive impact on physical and mental functioning, sleep quality, and inflammation levels in cancer patients.
-
Additionally, Qigong can reduce anxiety and balance the autonomic nervous system, promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing.

" I have stage 4 cancer and this course has changed my life.
I now have improved mood, higher levels of positivity and the tools and techniques to deal with anxiety and stress.
I have improved my flexibility, strength and movement and I have experienced a massive improvement in my lymphoedema.
Dr Steve is a great teacher with a gentle approach and I would highly recommend him."
